Trillium flowers. Painted with mostly silver watercolour with drops of gold on Japanese washi paper. Washi has a deep indigo blue colour, the photo doesn't show it well. It creates a beautiful background for tender Trilliums. Humble Trilliums are a provincial flower of Ontario, they show up in late April and May. Hints of gold watercolour are a reminder of spring sunshine, so eagerly awaited in Ontario.
 
The painting is signed, sealed, and mounted on backing paper. It is ready to be framed. Please note that colours may differ due to difference in devices. The painting is manually cut, please leave a few mm error margin for dimensions.
